McKenna joins Tioga County CASA after spending 3 years as a Program Coordinator at the Tioga County Partnership for Community Health. During her tenure at the Partnership, she implemented child-centric programming through the Strengthening Families 10-14 program and Ready Rosie, an online educational supplement for Tioga County School Districts. She also served as the Safe Kids Coordinator and facilitated four workgroups within the Partnership composed of local stakeholders. During her time at the Partnership, McKenna established strong working relationships with multiple direct service providers, child welfare caseworkers, and educators.
McKenna received a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Elmira College in 2014 and has been working within the local healthcare and human services systems since 2015.
